It was a really good place to deal with before I was just told I can't return a new phone because I don't like its performance I would rather have another it's too late to return it because it's a week old so I'll be switching contracts with somebody else come the end of the month real drag as well because the girl that work there is great and this is not her choice. ridiculous!! I've been there three years. And you can purchase something for a week and not be able to take it back and get an upgrade I don't think anyone would put up with it

My mom came here and the staff were not willing to assist her the way they were supposed to. They sold my mom a new phone for $130 and it didn’t work right. My mom asked if the staff could transfer info from her old phone to the new one and they said no. They charged her 15$ to swap a SIM card which I can do at home for free. I work in customer service and I know personally what it takes to provide decent service to people asking for assistance. I recommend if you are a Metro PCS customer to go to another location for help and not this one.

If I could give no stars I would. The girls are EXTREMELY RUDE. No customer service whatsoever. I try to avoid going to this location, but I had to go recently since it is the closest to home. One of the girls (glasses and golden hair) was super rude to a customer and was almost yelling at him. Clearly the older man had no idea how to work his phone and the girl kept yelling at him, was very short, and was even ignoring the customer because she was texting on her phone. Clearly metro needs to offer more training for their employees on how to treat customers with respect. Absolutely awful.
