Used the Amazon return center, which is awesome! Got a coupon for 25% off so did a little shopping. Very nice. The only thing missing were ride on carts for the handicapped!
Kohl's does more than just sell stuff. My wife shops there and I return Amazon stuff there. Nice people all the way around. Coupons are available all over and especially when I do a return. If there is a Kohl's product to be returned they are quick and helpful. The staffs composure during the holidays is phenomenal as the few times I have been there to see the endless lines and evil personalities of the shoppers was enough to send me out the door and online. Awards should be given for surviving as an employee at Kohl's during the holidays. Thank you to Kohl's for what they do.
This Kohls is exceptional. From the GM down, the staff is so helpful, knowledgeable and kind! They are also using the most comprehensive Covid protocols of anywhere I've been during the pandemic.
Three registers open with over twenty customers in line, no additional registers were opened to accommodate the large line nor did any employees or management check in with the line which extended far beyond the social distancing floor marks and line corrals. This caused numerous issues with people's place in line and customers arguing amongst each other due to blocking product/aisles.
Clean and organized, easy to find sizes. Just don't carry much in the Tall Mens section.nnAll staff was observing social distancing as well as wearing masks. All counters were also cleaned prior to going to checkout for each customer in line.
