Costco is amazing all around. Great prices. Great food. Great staff. It’s easy to get in and out in no time.... even if you shop hungry since they have sample carts :)

Excellent service in answering questions. Ben and Pamela at the service desk in particular were very friendly and helpful. Weekends are busy. I recommend going Mon-Thursday. Enjoy free refills with their soda machine (purchase necessary).

This store is really great!! I hate to give it a 1 star. Shipments don't come on time but they are very kind and willing to look things up for you and try.nnI, however, would never ever send my friends, family or even my enemies to this Tire Department.nnThe rest of the store is fine, but the staff in the Tire Department was a unprofessional uninformed group of nonsense.nnIt took almost 2 hours to get through 4 people in line and 3 of the 4 weren't even buying anything! I feel sorry for the rest of the store the Tire staff shouldn't be guessing what numbers mean in a Tire or rim...nnNor should it take almost 4 hours to install 4 tires. What happened to quality of customer service and service given? What is the point in appointments?nnEnded up returning our purchase with them.
