Really rad spot. It’s clean, I feel safe keeping my gear there, and the temperature inside is always perfect - which is nice because Denver has had a very hot summer. Kreston always responds to my inquiries in a timely manner and always keeps things professional and friendly. He was also super accommodating with us moving to different room when we outgrew our studio in the quieter side of the building . Highly recommended ! ud83dudc4dud83dudc4d

Best practice spaces in denver

I've rented roughly a dozen rehearsal spaces in four states over the years. Francisco Studios has been my best experience so far. The building is 24/7 access, secured, and even has a covered bay for load in/out in all weather conditions - something that's very clutch in Colorado. We have a 20x15 room that has nice high ceilings and even accommodates some storage racks with space left over (four-piece band with stacks and keys).nnThe rooms themselves are a comfortable temperature year round. Sound proofing could be a little better but has not proven to be an issue except for at peak times. Off-peak, we've been able to get very usable recorded tracks there.nnOh, did I mention the bathrooms are clean? Really clean? Most rehearsal space bathrooms are awful - these are great.nnSome people seem to have a problem with the manager. I've never had one - he's been friendly and uniformly reasonable. He expects you to be an adult, pay your rent on time and live by the terms you agreed to when you signed up. If you have a problem with that, it's says more about you than him/the studio.

We've had practice spaces at two other locations in Denver, and our experience at Francisco has been the best, by far! We really appreciate the professionalism of the environment. Facilities are clean, other tenants are very respectful, trash is emptied daily by the staff, and climate control is the icing on the cake! Never too hot, never too cold, never filthy. We highly recommend Francisco Studios!
