I had to get my Hammond clonewheel keyboard fixed, and dealt with James who was friendly & professional. The service was done in a timely manner, everything works great afterward, and the price was reasonable. No problems whatsoever. Highly recommended.
James. The service manager was awesome to deal with. communication was outstanding- answered phone directly and called with information to keep us informed. The other employees we came in contact were just as professional and friendly . They repaired a Yamaha baby grand electric piano for us. Truly a great experience would highly recommend.
My experience with this company was incredibly positive. Everyone, especially James, was helpful and courteous and even allowed me to bring my keyboard back for an extra repair which they did not charge for. Very competent and professional company, with wonderful customer service, as well as great audio and lighting gear!
I had a problem with a key sticking on my digital piano. James & Jaime analyzed the situation, diagnosing the issue and coming up with a workable solution to fix the problem on the spot. They went above and beyond my expectations.nnI am so very glad that I brought the keyboard in for them to fix.nnAfter all was said and done, James reassured me that if there were any problems to bring the piano back which I will not hesitate to do.nnI heartily recommend Clearwing for their passion and commitment to customer service.
Excellent business. The staff are friendly and professional and clearly know what they are doing. They go above and beyond. If I ever have issues with my keyboard in the future, this is the only place I would go. Highly recommend.
