We just recently purchased two new iPhones with Shannon. She failed to let us know the promo going on, we have no problem spending the money but the fact she never told us about the promo is frustrating to earn a higher commission as we had asked if we give her our service to purchase new phones does she get the commission. She had replied to us “yes”. We won’t be going to this T-Mobile anymore due to dishonesty, we found out about the promo due to another T-Mobile location and he had said we should have received.

The sales associate was super helpful and really steered us towards the phones that would work well for each of our needs and wants and the plan price was definitely workable.

This is our go to store. Chris and staff are always very helpful. They are very knowledgeable.nChris always does his best to give us 100% of what we need and want and finds a way to work something out.nChris and staff have amazing customer service. It is always smooth sailing when we walk into the store, even when they're busy they remain calm cool and collected and pay attention to every customer. I really appreciate this team!nThank you guys!

A few days ago I was at work and my phone hit the lab floor and totally became unusable. Yesenia was the employee who assisted in solving my issue and was more than helpful. She was super knowledgeable and I left the store in under 20 minutes. Will for sure make this my home store from here on out
