My wife and I purchased a mattress in February unsure if it was the right mattress for us. Chuck, the sales person, was very nice, he made us feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable.nnAfter a couple of months we decided this was not the best choice of mattress, knowing we had 120 days for the return to get a different mattress. We attempted to change the mattress. Unfortunately, with the pandemic the store had closed. We called customer service and they gave us the owners email. Ryan was very responsive to my email and got right back to us immediately. He worked diligently to make sure we were taken care of and that we got our new mattress. He really showed he cared.nnThis store has new customers for life!
