Jason Hays took such great care of my family and I !! He went above and beyond, helping us after hours and making sure we got exactly what we wanted. I couldn’t believe how fast we were able to pick up our furniture!! We know we will be getting more furniture in the future and Jason will be our first call. Highly recommend him!!
BEST. FURNITURE. SHOPPING. EXPERIENCE. EVER! I had a list of furniture stores to go to today to buy a couch and am so happy this was my first (and only) stop!! Ryan and Tyler were so super friendly and helpful and the store had exactly what I was looking for. Don't let the exterior of the store fool you. They've got an excellent selection and great prices!! We had the best experience here! First after only moments we found the down filled couch of our dreams. Then, friendly and not pushy sales guys began to help us. One of the sales guys, Jason, was incredibly helpful moving the sectional and ottoman around for us until we had exactly what dimensions we needed. We bought a great looking sectional here from Jason. It was easy and our salesman was great. Place was well kept. Only downside is that we were promised a Monday delivery but was called later stating that it would have to be tuesday. Still would recommend.
Awesome furniture store! Great selection and unique furniture! The best customer service I have ever experienced while shopping for furniture! Matt and the store manager at the Spokane Valley store were so helpful and knowledgeable! We will definitely be back!!
