My husband and I have been with Sprint for 5 years, and NEVER have we ever had a problem with them transferring our pictures and videos over to new devices. But this last visit we had a gentleman named Victor assist us and when we were getting new phones, my husband told him that we wanted our pictures and videos moved over to the new phones. Victor proceeded to tell him that he will get the job done. Come to find that once he moved our information over, he got rid of ALL of our videos! Priceless videos of our daughter... The moment she was born... Her first steps.... Her first words.... And so many other priceless memories.... gone... I'm thoroughly upset with sprint at the moment and he keeps stringing us along and saying he will get them back for us, yet he hasn't... I fear memories of my daughter are lost forever....
Had a great experience with Bryce. He was helpful and Courteous. Would recommend this store.
We spent 4 hour changing from Xfinity to T mobile. We got charged 100% for a phone that was to be half. Please go somewhere else they don't have a clue at this store.
Already a customer and just popped in on my lunch because I needed a case and a screen protector and Bryce fuller was awesome, he didnt pressure me and gave me a 10$ discount...
