This is an amazing pharmacy! I went here to get a prescription for my cat. My vet recommended Wal-Mart to me. They were so helpful! They even let me use Good RX so I could get the prescription cheaper! They went above and beyond what I was expecting! Especially Jodi (I hope I spelled her name right). I am so impressed that I am considering switching my pharmacy to this one for my prescriptions.
It appears each one of the staff needs to contact my doctor almost each time my med falls due and Needs to be refilled. My doctor will clear up something with whoever only for the same issue to come up again with another staff member a few months later. Same thing again and again. Because they can’t manage to stay on the same page or they don’t bother to communicate with each other. It almost feels like a strange kind of persecution and I feel humiliated each time. Of course I don’t need to go to this pharmacy. But I thought I ought to be loyal. But I can’t keep on dealing with this anymore.
They suck period. Will not go the extra mile to help a customer. First week for my pain meds they say they were out and I would have to wait till Monday when my prescription should have been filled on a Friday. Didn't call me or anything so I could make different arrangements. This week my Dr didn't put my birthdate on it so they couldn't fill it so I guess I have to wait till Monday again. And when you ask why they don't call they say that they're understaffed and very busy. Obviously the pharmacist doesn't know what it's like to be in pain.
Erin was rude to me and talked to me like I was stupid for asking about how much my insurance covered, then laughed and shook her head. I felt belittled and will NEVER COME BACK
Very helpful and friendly staff, just called as a new user and they were great!nThis is by far the cleanest and nicest Walmart I have ever been to.nDawn Parker
