If you need to repair your computer or build a custom PC, Colby does it all. I had my old computer's power source die suddenly, and Colby was able to fix it quickly and for a great price (in addition to upgrading me to an SSD). I was so impressed with the excellent service that I ended up building a custom PC with his help.
The best part is that Colby is very knowledgeable about everything computer related, and his love of the job really shows. I don't feel embarrassed to ask questions because he loves to answer and is great at explaining things in a way that makes sense. 5/5 stars doesn't say enough!
Where do I start!? They literally saved my last two years of professional work. He explained what happened, how to prevent it on the future and upgraded my computer to run faster and more efficiently.

I waited a few months before writing a review so I can honestly say that he was able to find the problem with my computer and fix it. I am really impressed with his quick responses to my interest in having my computer fixed, along with taking the time to understand what was happening, and then fixed my computer. Months have passed by and my computer still works phenomenally.

Absolutely amazing service. I came in with a PC that wouldn't start up. He diagnosed the issue within an hour and ordered the part to fix it. Less than 24 hours later it's good as new at half the cost I was expecting. Friendly, professional, high quality service at a great value, you can't ask for more.
We had an external hard drive with an issue. We called Colby and within a half hour he had looked at it and had got back to us. Very professional. Extensive knowledge. Due to a physical hardware break he couldn't fix the issue but he made sure we knew what the next step was to get it fixed and we weren't left hanging.
