They were able to fix my computer super fast, they are super knowledgeable, and can fix hardware and software issues. I needed my computer fixed asap but I brought it to them right before closing they stayed after hours and had my computer working flawlessly and got me on my way. Excellent and friendly service.

I had a very difficult computer software and computer problem that I could not solve. But the computer team that Upper Level Computers has put together is first rate. They trouble shot the problem, consulted with me, and solved the problem quickly at a very fair price. Just moved to Cedar City but I've been studying all the local blogs for trusted / recommended business's. There's absolutely every reason awarding the five star rating for Cory at Upper-level computers located in the basement of the Boomers building. I purchased a beautifully rehabilitated Dell Tower that Corey built and then priced outrageously low for the quality/value that was being offered. At my request and at a very reasonable/minscule fee, Cory installed Microsoft Office for me along with Antivirus software into the current operating system. I am OLD and unfamiliar with assembling the compatible computer accessories, so Cory kindly gave me the proper shopping list to get a monitor and printer so that everything would work seemlessly together with no fuss or muss. I was able to secure a complete system at an incredibly reasonable price point and the customized service was far above the norm that one could reasonably expect from an independent business owner. Cory was prompt in his work product that was impeccable. He was easy to understand since I'm not computer literate. He was very helpful and not at all condescending to an older person who's not accustomed to assembling computers systems. Now I understand why he gets rave recommendations and reviews on Facebook. Oh yeah, he fixes computers too at his storefront! Thanks Cory, you are a gentleman and a computer scholar!
