Shari's Cafe and Pies

I've always received amazing care and wonderful food here. Usually I come here late at night with my classwork. The staff are always friendly and willing to place me in a quiet location to study. Their breakfasts are amazing and always large portions, half of which i usually take home for a second meal. Only place in town ill go to get pie, it may cost a little more, but its hands down the best pie in spokane.

Excellent service, Friendly and Covid19 protective

I ordered the French toast breakfast, it was like they just served me toast. It had no flavor and nothing worth the price that they charge. I also ordered the turkey BLT and what a rip off! Barely has any meat on it not including Barely had lettuce on it. The tomatoes where paper thin and the sandwich was mainly just bread. For the price they charge for their food is outrageous for the quality they present. This wasn't the first time I had problems with this location, I gave them 3 times to prove themselves and all 3 times they fail. The first visit I was ignored and after 20 mins I left. Second time I ordered online and they didn't have some of the products I ordered even tho on the website it said it did. And third time was today. Completely unimpressed with the quality that they claim to have.

It's not the worst experience I have ever had at Shari's, normally I might rate this location as a 4 because their breakfasts are fantastic. I don't know if it's because I ordered through door dash on a Saturday night or if it's because it's late, but neither should matter. A good restaurant should have higher standards and present their best quality with every order. Tonight my bbq chicken and shrimp had a texture that suggested frozen and reheated by microwave. This isn't that shocking, but I think I was most disappointed that the pie slice I ordered on the side was still frozen.nnThe last few times I dined in before the pandemic and the one other time I ordered out for pickup or delivery were also sub par experiences. I am just Not pleased. If this location undergoes some changes I might give it another chance.

Missing hash brow, toast utensils, food is horrible looking small portions, definitely out of restaurant service. These breakfast items looks as if they have been ran over in the road reheated and delivered. Worst breakfast items I have ever had. This will be the last time I ever order from a restaurant I have gone to all my life, and t I should have burned my money, understanding the times, I also understand my hard earned money, once is a mistake twice is quality and lake of care, big business taking small folks, thank you for the lack of care, quality and wasting and taking advantage of delivery customers and processing not to make the order correct.
