Great service at this store! Jared was more than willing to help us find phones for what we needed he is also very knowledgeable of the products he is selling. On another occasion we had questions on our bill and Lance was more than happy to help us resolve these issues. Overall great team I will continue using this store for future purchases.

Honestly, this is the best Verizon I have been to and have never been more satisfied. They were a breeze to work with. Amber and Mckenzie are also two of the greatest examples of professionalism. They were EXTREMELY helpful in the buying process and very honest. Whether it be transferring ALL of my information to answering my questions. Even upon walking in to the building they were genuinely friendly with a smile on their face which makes me, as a buyer, know that I am in good hands. I have had a Verizon account for the longest time and recently moved to Alaska, however, I came home for a quick trip and went into this Verizon store to get my phone upgraded while I was home and I had the very best service! Everyone was quick to greet me, even though they were clearly busy. I had the best service while getting my phone upgraded and I wish that I lived closer to this store because I don't get the same service at any other store! Thank you again to all the employees!! I'll definitely be back the next time that I am in town.
