The Deer Park store, and especially Gabe, were definitely a bright spot for my mother (Elsie K) when Verizon's upgrade to 5G essentially left her without a reliable phone. Gabe went above and beyond the scope of customer service in an effort to make the system work for her and when that didn't work he offered several other solutions. He was patient and always very helpful and kind. This sort of thing can be very stressful to an older person - so his hard work was greatly appreciated. Kudos to you Gabe!

Just went in and purchased a phone from Steven who is the Assistant Manager at this store. He was fast, easy going, listened to all my needs and wants in buying a phone. He was very welcoming. Made the process of buying a phone harmless.
Was so impressed with the staff at the Deer Park Verizon Store - I went in to get help with my phone - they were so patient & kind as they explained what was happening - then they showed me how to prevent the full storage I had created !!
