Customer service was lovely. A gentleman helped my family so polite and kind 10/10
Horrible customer service. Scanned our two coupons for a free scoop of ice cream and the computer wouldn’t take them because it was family night. The coupons disappeared off our phones so we couldn’t use them again. The manager basically just said too bad and wouldn’t do anything about it. Said we could come back tomorrow to talk to some other manager. We’re only talking about $7, but it’s the principle of it and the extremely poor customer service that is disappointing.
Great cystimer service worker's are very attentive.
Great employees here. They don’t get upset when you ask for a second sample like some places. They make the scoops here pretty decent sized and they always have plenty of new ice cream flavors to try.
All good, but I feel the people serving the ice cream should be wearing gloves. ud83dude1d
