I love panera they made it very easy to order safely. You can still order inside of you don't order ahead of time. Place is very clean and organized! Food is always delicious ud83dude0b
There were a delay in ordering and pick upnSalads were totally dry
Poorly managed. Always get some part of the order wrong and/or forget to put something in the bag. Sign out front for curbside pickup is in a no stopping zone, getting me in trouble with the local constabulary. Find another Panera. Oxnard is much better.
I know when they open up it might be busy because of a rush of people, but that doesn't really excuse them from toasting a bagel and then letting it get cold before they give it to you. I don't mean to negatively review the whole location based on one experience, but the person helping me was very transparent about it taking a long time. He then said he would bring it out to me when it's ready, which is fine but once again he waited to serve all the other customers and let my bagel get cold...
This chicken sandwich was breaded, fried and seasoned to perfection !!! Ive had authentic Nashville hot chicken and it wasn't exactly that but it was very food!. We went on a food spree and ordered to go from several LA's must try locations and this was fortunately one and it did not disappoint. Young man in the front was very nice and they seem to be accommodating well to covid. The wait wasn't long either . Very good
