My husband and I had got ours phone here recently a nice transaction.
I had to come back 3 times to set up a account due to the verification process through email. However the employee Dallas did his best to assist me and found a solution. The verification system needs to be fixed though for the wasted time.
not a great experience with this store. Called to give feedback to a supervisor or manager and I was working with the same associate I had an issue with over the phone. Gave me one choice on a screen protector. Not what I wanted didn't find out till they were already applying it that is was a liquid screen protector which is basically zero coverage. Funny because they sell the screen protector from zag on the Verizon store. Had to bite the bullet and buy another one. And wouldn't have made this post if I felt like they took my feedback into consideration.
Staff is knowledge and helpful. They saved me from making a purchase that was what I thought I needed but they pointed me in the direction I need for my graphic design career so I can provide the highest quality designs for my customers.nnI struggled since getting Verizon to get my Employee discount applied to my account but they guided me in the direction I needed to finally get it applied!nnThanks guys!!
Service has been nothing but horrible. They charge me and extra 20$ because I have a smart phone. The service is trash and when I called to inform them I was switching I found out even with me having my phone paid off and service paid in full they lock it for 60 days. I paid for it i should be able to use it. Its a work phone so switching info over is very inconvenient. Not to mention being forced to buy another phone for no good reason.
