Wow. I was simply trying to upgrade my phone, but they say an outrageous price to do so. However, when I went on customer care online I was able for a way cheaper and better price. And some of things that customer care said they didn't even mentioned. But yet they were fast to charge an crazy amount.
I just added a new flip phone for my 94 year-old mother at the Airway Heights store. They were so helpful. I could not make the purchase over the weekend either online or on the phone. If you want help, this is your team of communication experts!
This store is converting over from Sprint to TMobile so they are trying their best to learn a whole new system while the companies merge. Their customer service is great but as with most humans some patience and understanding goes a long way. You know how it is when your whole world flips. Takes time to adjust. You can order online but you won't have the human experience with clicking links. Go see them here, great people that want to work with you not sell to you.
Great experience. My only complaint was the updates tool forever on the phones, but that's expected so I'm still giving 5 stars. Makenna helped us and she was awesome. Will be back.
