My cashiers name was Faye. Speed checkout. She was extremely nice to the gal before me. But the moment she saw me who btw has tattoos and short hair she got an attitude with me and couldn't wait to get me out of line. I left feeling very judged. She needs to work on not judging a book by its cover.
Sometimes theypiss me off but... All together they ok
Many of the associates that work in the pharmacy are super nice. However there is a lady who picks up the phone does NOT provide a name and is RUDE!! How dare you assume I can't afford a prescription out of pocket just because you say it's very expensive. I asked for a dollar amount not to get it's very expensive.nOther than that thanks to the other associates for being wonderful.
I recently switched from my small town pharmacy when they refused to give me even a small amount of insulin to get me through the holiday weekend. Walmart has NOT let me down since then. The staff is friendly and get me what I need, even in an emergency situation. KUDOS to the Walmart staff!
Came into pick a RX for my child and the staff was beyond rude. I will be switching pharmacies so I don’t have to deal with people this unhappy to be at work again. The pharmacist lady obviously hates her job and needs to find a way to calm herself. The way this staff was dealing with customers around me made me uncomfortable and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and find any other pharmacy to go to.
