Cold Stone Creamery

Cold stone is the best Ice cream near me. I like to take a quart home so I can have it whenever I like, even if that's in the middle of the night. It can be too big of a decision to choose the ice cream and all the mixings I want, so I usually choose something off the wall. I haven't been disappointed. ❤ufe0f

My was suppose suppose to be ready at a certain time. 20 min past that time, a very rude and unprofessional female employee came to the counter and told me that the other employee that was making the order was upset and nervous and there will be more of a delay with my order. Are you kidding me? I told her that the employee being upset and nervous is not my problem and to cancel the order! Unfortunately, I was taking my 3 daughters out for ice cream for one of their 12th birthday. Now my daughter will have this memory and that is unprofessional and unacceptable!

The Google listing said they close at 10:00, but when I called they said they close at 9:30. We rush over, wait in line only to be told they would only serve the people they were inside and only 7 people could be inside. I was able to work it out, but I didn't appreciate the poor treatment.

I could have bought 4 quarts of ice cream. Everyone likes Clod Stone Creamery. Not everyone likes the prices. The flavors of the ice cream are top notch,, creamy (it's in the name) and bold. This delectable meal you see here before you was almost twenty bucks. Granted these were the premium waffle cups and not the smaller size, but still. We didn't even have any add-ins.nYou also pay for the convenience of having ice cream, and a portable carrying container, and a spoon, and the magic of seeing someone mix your creation on literally a cold stone. You pay for the ambiance of eating out, in store or in the courtyard.
