My husband and I have had many unique situations when it comes to phones/phone companies and Jose S has been the best customer service representative for t-mobile! He remembers my husband and I and other customers names, he goes out of his way to help us figure out what is going on with whatever it is we are dealing with. I highly recommend this tmoblie over others we have visited in spokane. We have been with tmoblie for over 2 years and am very satisfied!!

I have been going to the T-Mobile in Cheney for over 2 years. I've never had a problem there. Excellent customer service. Walt is a great employee there. He's always helping me in anyway he can. He gives me great advice. I'm just happy with my experience there every time!
I spoke with Jose on the phone and he did an amazing job answering my questions! He was super friendly and polite and look forwarding to meeting him next time I'm at T-Mobile!
