Pretty quick with getting medications filled. It usually only takes 10-20 minutes after dropping them off to be filled. Where as when I had them filled at Safeway it took at least an hour or two.nStaff are pretty friendly and helpful.
Everyone is always so kind. I bought a great outfit from there today! Due to staying at home, I have gained some weight but Owl pharmacy had cute clothes for a fair price.
I love the Cheney Owl Pharmacy! I have been going there for many years and have never had a bad experience. Lori, a pharmacist thete is amazing, thorough and always has my medications ready when I get there. I have had bad experiences wit a few other pharmacies in town but because of Lori I will never change my pharmacy!!
The staff used to be nice, but are extremely rude and bossy now. I felt like I was going to get scolded for shopping incorrectly. I will never go there again. BiMart's pharmacy is better anyway.
The place was so dirty and disorganized. There were rats everywhere, and the place was crawling with centipede like bugs. I got my prescription and the woman who handed it to me was incredibly rude, and very unprofessional. If you take a look in the back, the workers are slacking off on their phones, which explains why my prescription took so long to be ready. Their bathrooms reek and are very unsanitary and dirty, and lastly I would not recommend to go there, I had the worst experience and I left feeling very traumatized.
