We had an awesome experience at this spot. We loved the first-rate atmosphere and the menu. The staff were super friendly. I am content we finally managed to try this place.
By far the WORST customer service experience I ever had. Placed an order via the online system over an hour ahead of time of pickup as we had an order over $70. Went to pick up the order and we were told it was not ready despite having over an hour to prepare. No only was it not ready, but management stated that it was ONLY 20 minutes after the promised time and that they would need an additional 20 to get it ready (40 minutes after the promised time of 3:51pm). This was after the fact that staff stated they never received the order in the first place. When we asked for additional support we were told that it was a “busy day” and that was the excuse for the order not being ready. I would have been ok if there was a sincere apology for the mix up but there was no follow through on Panera’s end.
They have the best strawberry acui lemonade and there fiesta treats have the pumpkin bread, blueberry muffin, glazed roll and others great price
There customer service is always so friendly. The food is always so good. Highly recommend!
Always a good place to eat...the southwest chicken salad was DELICIOUS! I also had the chicken tortilla soup. Not my favorite, but give it a try...you might like it!
