One of my fav locations for tasty cafe food. It's so appetizing. Had a friend come into town and she asked me to take her here again. It has a great feel to it.

I took my daughter for breakfast 9/6/20, which during covid is a rare event unless it's take-out or pick-up. We ordered and the espresso machine for some of the specialty coffees wasn't working. This was ok, no problem, but our next step to outside seating was bad. Tables are well separated, but they were all dirty. Like dry soda spills and food crumbs. The first table we came to had ants running around. The second table by the side of the building is under the eves were birds droppings are present. We didn't stay for long, but it didn't seem like anyone was in charge of outside sanitation, which isn't too healthy during a pandemic. A note, the breakfast wraps very good. My opinion, someone should be assigned for one purpose only, walk around with a squirt bottle of disinfectant, spraying doorknobs, tables and countertops. Also keeping the restrooms sanitized, keep the trash emptied.

Honestly panera you can do better. How dare you have the AUDACITY to get rid of the teriyaki chicken sandwich. that thing was heaven on bread and I’ll never forgive you. I’m only giving you a 5 star because the turkey blt is an okay alternative, but I’ve never wanted to cry so hard when I realized it wasn’t on the menu anymore. shame shame. (okay I realized it was just taken off of postmates...I’m still very hurt tho)

I ordered the new BBQ chicken sandwich on Thurs, the ad for it looked great but what I got was a disappointment. There was very little chicken on the sandwich, it was mainly cheese and raw onion. I will stick with a salad next time.
