The last and only time I went to this location the employee who helped me was rubbing her nose and mask throughout my whole service. I wanted to politely yell at her to stop my order and go home because she was sniffling on top of that. This was on 9/8. I know Tulare County is lax in general about COVID, but if you're trying to be safe I would not suggest buying anything here.
Excellent service. The staff members were wearing masks and they had precautions in place to encourage social distancing. The bunditis were delicious!!!! Thank you for enforcing mask as a requirement and taking care of the safety of the customers and your employees.
Delicious cakes every month our salesman goes down and will pick something up for us office girls. Never a disappointment the cakes are always perfect!!!
The product is very good but I got very poor customer service because I can’t wear a mask! I think they forgot because of ADA Disability laws you can’t discriminate against a person in any form! I was humiliated but chose not to make a scene, I bought my items, was very polite and afterwards just called to let the manager know what happened, she was just as awful, I’m lost for words! “BE AWARE” if you have any kind of disability you may be mistreated!
Ordered and paid for a red velvet cake 3 weeks ago for today. Had an emergency and needed to delay the date of pickup by 2 weeks. Called to inquire and they refused to change the date of pickup. Also, they advertized a reall flower topping the cake only to find a fake flower on top of a clearly, thawed out (prior frozen)cake covered in plasticwrap. Bad and arrogant business practice
