I probably been coming here since I was about 16 years old. I have always received the best customer service and their baked goods are phenomenal. After spending almost $30 on cookies this morning I get there and they are in a paper sack. I ask for something else to make them look nice would be an extra charge not a big deal. To put them in a Box would be 50 cents per Box.nI don't think any of this would have bothered me had the lady on the phone when I ordered them said something. I ordered 3 1/2dozen packs of cookies clearly I was taking them to 3 different places. Normally I probably wouldn't have had a second thought if they had at least to sealed the bag. But with everything that is going on I think it was very unprofessional to not even ask or say something!
I love the cookies here so much, I wish there was one in Washington State. The cookies are always delicious, the service is friendly and fast and their selection is great! You can call ahead for special orders, like my husband loves the gluten free raspberry teacakes. We come here every time we come to California to visit family.
Great cookies but they always seem to be low on cookies when I go to buy them. Been there at least 3 times. Maybe I should go earlier. Very good though.
Always delicious! You need to go early or order ahead for a greater selection. They now have Keto cookies as well.
Sooooooooooo many cooooooooooookies!!!! I always try something different here, and always find something I like. I usually get a dozen or so to bring to my office as snacks, so much better than donuts! Service is always great. Wait is usually minimal, UNLESS you coming in right before a holiday, then they're busy prepping a lot of cookie gift baskets, so give a little extra time. Definite hidden gem in Yuba!
