Erickson Furniture was amazing to work with. Went out of their way to have a chair brought from the warehouse so we could see the color and material of the chair. We ended up purchasing a couch, love seat, and recliner from them. We will be repeat customers for sure!! Amanda was very sweet and friendly. I would recommend Erickson Furniture and Amanda to anyone looking for quality furniture at a great price! The customer service that Amanda provided was amazing! The owner was great too!!
Found the perfect chair here for an elderly friend! Amanda helped us find it! She was attentive, knowledgeable, and kind - she listened to our needs, suggested many chairs for him to try, and happily answered any questions we had - while also giving us plenty of space and plenty of time to sit in the chairs, relax, and to figure out the best one for his comfort and needs. No high pressure sales! The store was following Covid-19 safety protocols, and they were having a sale on the chair he ultimately chose. Amanda was very good at communicating with us both during the sale and while we were waiting for it's arrival. We had the chair delivered and set up in his home - he loves this chair! And I LOVE that it's helping him get his feet up above his heart - the swelling in his legs is dramatically reducednwhile he's resting with his feet elevated!! Thank you Amanda for helping us find the perfect chair!
So far I’ve gotten two couches from Erickson’s (loveseat and sofa). Both are incredibly comfortable and sturdy! They have great local delivery services as well as the option to add a stain protection/warranty for the entire piece of furniture. The staff are courteous and responsive but not overwhelming when you shop in store. I definitely recommend this local company! Thanks Amanda for helping me pick a sofa :)
