Great customer service. I called about something I wanted to order online and the design specialist that I spoke with gave me tons more info than wasn’t obvious online, and then completed my order right there on the phone. I then emailed a week later to add something and she handled it right away. Hoping that the estimate given for arrival is close. Their service is much appreciated in times that In person shopping is not as easy.

I found my furniture online and called the store to order. This is COVID time, making it a different shipping experience. Kathy was my sales representative and she was great! She helped me as if I were there and didn't set my expectations too high about delivery. The living room set is on order now. Excellent service!

Great selection of couches. But what my wife and I most appreciated, was the salespeople let us look around on our own and then approach them, instead of hovering over us like they do at the big chain stores. We purchased a sofa and oversized chair and are waiting for delivery. If we need furniture in the future, we would definitely return to Behars.

We had a nice experience at Behar's Furniture. very nice customer service and friendly staff. We loved the fact that the sales men were not pushy which is the reason we'll visit the store again!

I am glad I waited to post. They would've received 4 stars BUT I received a text that the entertainment system/fireplace I ordered cost more than the listed price. My husband and I confirmed the price with the sales rep who even remarked that it cost more on their website, but the price definitely was right. It was an excellent deal. We have been looking for the fireplace/entertainment combo and were aware that usually the fireplace cost extra and were very happy that we thought we found one that was a good deal. A text message two days later stated that the system we purchased didn't come with the fire place. The mistake was on them. We were only offered a discount.nThe sales rep was kind & friendly. The problem is the entertainment system was priced incorrectly. This means we must wait for our refund. The store should eat the price.
