Went in there to update a deck in a used car I'd just purchased. Only needed something that would stream bluetooth music. Recommended something and installed that day. Turned out it wouldn't connect after adding a second phone. Went back, they swapped out for another. Same issue. Clearly, that model of deck has some sort of thing with my model of phone. These things happen...nnWent back in and they let me pay up to another model and they happily installed that, which required a little time, and didn't charge for additional install. Friendly and professional people and I would go back for any of my car audio needs.
This place is great, the people, who I'm guessing are the owners? Not to sure, but are very polite, they are helpful and knowledgeable. I was some getting some things from car toys but after the lack of knowledge from them and not knowing a single thing they were talking about i will stick with this place. They have earned any future business from me that I know and I will definitely recommend SS bargain audio to anyone! Thank you for the great experience!
Ive been comming to SS (Steve) since 1997 when his location was on Casino Rd. Always been amazing at what he does and goes the extra mile. Theres a bunch of places you can go to but none have his prices and his quality. PERIOD !
Stopped in to see if they had a radio for my car, the guy wasn't very helpful and just said no he doesn't have one to fit my car. Not an offer to order it, didn't look into it at all or even a suggestion of another shop. I guess he just gets so much business he doesn't need to try. I ended up finding a shop closer to my house that ordered it and is doing the installation.
Better than car toys by far,,regularly prices beat car toys 50% off ,saved good money on quality merchandise, and great service.
