I just recently updated to an iPhone 12. I had two interactions, one when I decided to update and 2 when I received my iPhone I went back to get my data transferred. Both male that helped me were very helpful and everything went without a glitch. It took about 30 to 40 minutes for my phone to transfer all the data because I had so much stuff on it! Appreciate Ivan and the other Male that helped me- wasn’t able to get his name- To me the experience was easy and I was treated with care, patience and professionalism. They knew what they were doing. Thank you
Above and beyond customer service! Thank you! Went into the store to have our phone numbers from another carrier transferred over to our new phones. We didnt have the correct info we needed for a smooth transition. Staff was patient, and was able to help us get everything set up.
Last Saturday I went to the store as I lost my old phone. Henry was so helpful with blocking out my old phone and helping me with my new upgraded phone. He was very nice and helpful explaining things to me. So thank you so much Henry!!! Much appreciated.
