We had a great shopping experience here. My wife and I were only planning to look at some pianos, but ended up getting a great deal and decided to buy one. John was really informative and helpful and extremely thoughtful. We had a great conversation. Their cavalier Spaniel was so cute and playful. I wish more businesses were like Pedigo! John made our day.
Horrible experience! At the first, the owner shocked us when my little one played a piano and he shouted on her and told he have to communicate with other customers! We waited a long time for him to response to other people and Finally, when we decided to buy one, he said a different amount and when my husband remind him about that, he became very angry and told he do not anything for sale and we have leave his store! Strange and unbelievable .
Amazing experience and store has variety of used pianos which includes elective, upright and grand pianos!!! It’s a family business. Spoke with John, He is very committed, follow good ethics and not profit oriented. I rented a piano and bought it after an year with year rent that I paid as credit into piano price. There was some miscalculation in pricing which I didn’t notice and John noticed it and recalculated the price !!!
Let's just say I was very disappointed.
Gorgeous pianos, but the owner or some lady got mad at me for playing on one of them, which was for good reason because it was a school piano under repair. However, there wasn't a sign, and at the climax of He's A Pirate, she stopped me, likely because she was trying to talk to some other lady in the back. Oh well. Either put up signs or say something when I walk in. Don't have open pianos if I can't play them.
