Great people I work hear myself love my co workers and my job

Ive gone several times between 9:30-9:45 pm and every time i was turned away cuz they said they were closed when the open sign was lit and they’re suppose to stay open til 10. I shouldnt be denied service before 10 thats bs
I ordered a Oreo icecream cake and when I went to pick it up I got a icecream cake with no Oreos on it, but instead I got some brown looking cookies. I wish they would of let me know that they didn't have Oreo cookies I would of picked something different. They charged me full price for something they didn't have.
