Saw the BBQ chicken cooking outside and thought I'd give them a shot. I ordered some steak fries and some pork ribs. The customer service was whack AF, I asked the lady to put my food in a tray, she put my ribs and fries in plastic bags. No ketchup, no BBQ sauce, poor attitude when I asked the lady 3x to please put my food in a tray.
They need more cashiers we stood in line and without warning the line was closed down and we had to move to another line with another long line they need better management

Store is in decline. Key points to kim. 1. Staff is not the friendliest. Staff has No disregard to other ethnic groups othe than there own, unless your a regular. Now you know why store is in rough shape. Only stoped because gf needed some rice and beans ud83dude0b lol
Haven't had any kind of good or bad experience here... I don't come here often. I only come here for the Rompope, and it went up $3.00 dollars... So if I find it somewhere else for cheaper, I will stop coming here.
