Choux Choux Bakery

Walked to this little gem of a bakery to grab a coffee with a friend before our long walk to the marina. Wow!!nThis bakery is amazing and I can say that I appreciate good quality craftsmanship and culinary perfection!nWe could not make up our mind on just one item because everything looked so fantastic, so we ended up with a trio of mouth watering deliciousness.nWe both really enjoyed the lemon coconut bar and the filling was a lemon custard with a coconut topping and surprise corn meal tart crust. Curiosity = Delicious!!nThe blonde brownie type bar was so buttery,nutty and full of mouth watering white chocolate and peanuts and was just the right amount of sweetness and saltiness. Very good!nThen there was the gigantic peanut butter cookie that was perfectly baked. We were not disappointed.nGreat coffee and excellent customer service!nWe will definitely be back.nI highly recommend Choux Choux!

This review is on behalf of S&S Petroleum, Inc. We ordered a custom cake from here for an office party, and it was fantastic! Everyone loved it! It was a good size, came pre-cut, and with fruit. It was lovely & tasted great! Plus, the bakery was flexible about pick-up. The ladies here are fantastic. It was great customer service from the initial phone order to in- person pick-up! We would absolutely order here again, and we recommend it highly!

There’s one person there who knows what she’s doing, is personable, and fast, intelligent, know what she’s saying , and one who is rude, condescending, a busy body, who is argumentative, and I would fire her in a NY minute.. the bread is good, but don’t order it, you’ll get the smallest loaf left over that’s more like a biscuit. Cakes, iffy, many are dry. They need a nice moist sponge cake. Cookies are pretty good.

This place is the cutest local bread shop I’ve ever been in, they do bread, pastries, cakes, pies, coffee, soup and more. With different breads each day of the week all reasonably priced you can support local and have variety.
