I love this place. I live in Windsor and drive to this Baskin Robbins because they are so nice. You can go anywhere and get ice cream, but the customer service here is Amazing. I am always greeted (with a smile) as soon as I walk in. Granted, it is harder to see the smile with the mask on, but you can hear it in there voice. Well worth the drive.

there is only one staff member that is doing what she is supposed to all the other staff is lazy and does nothing to help out

Somebody wrote about a Baskin Robbins on Commerce? This isn't Commerce. This is Calistoga and Highway 12. They shuffle their staff often (letting the local kids get some experience), and every single staff member I've ever contacted (over more than 10 years of intense ice cream eating activity) has been lovely here. They let me try the different flavors (new and whatever I'm craving), they let me buy their ice cream cakes (which feel pricey but taste worth it), and they have a constantly changing selection. I remember the dollar tuesdays and the mango tango (or whatever you called that beautiful drink) and the glory years.nnOkay so I'm not quite that old yet (working on it), but this place is great. It's ice cream, so it's hard to mess it up, but I am personally offended, having never worked here and only been a patron getting fat off ice cream, that somebody didn't like the service...of the wrong place lol. This place is fine. Go in and say hi. You'll see.

Great service but I heard the management was garbage from a number of past employees, just remember people don't quit jobs they quit bosses and paychecks that are too low.
