Worst service I have ever had. I was so excited when my job transferred me to this side of town because a bagel shop was near and I LOVE bagel sandwiches. I tried 4 times within a couple months and EVERY TIME was SO rudely treated. They are very snappy and refuse to explain anything on the menu. When you ask a question they just stare and tell you to hurry..... Even When there were no other customers....I don't know how they are in business as everyone I have talked to in the area repeats these scenarios.

Strongest Coffee and the ABSOLUTE BEST Bagels in Sonoma county!nThe bagels are a bit pricey, but worth it. Quirky Mei, never fails to brighten my day! She's extremely misunderstood. Her poor English often comes across as rudeness. Truth be told, she's the reason I keep coming back!
