What a darling locally owned furniture store. Historic building with old town charm. I got a mattress and 5 years later it still is a firm as they day it was delivered. The two Rogers were a delight to work with. I will definitely go back and support this family owned business of 50 years.
One star is generous.We moved to the area about two years ago and needed new furniture. We decided to buy from the local store. We had problems almost immediately. Our mattress started to form trenches but we followed the advice from the store & tried rotating it every couple weeks. Didn’t work. Then we found out the 15 year unlimited warrantee meant sending the mattress back to manufacturer for them to “decide” if it would be replaced. Apparently we were supposed to sleep on the box spring in the mean time. Both the reclining leather love seat & couch started having trouble with the footstools popping, tilting and then the “leather “ pulling apart at a poorly placed seam with less than a 1/8” seam! They did send someone to fix a broken support on the footstool but then the metal mechanism twisted! Not only would they not return, refund or credit us to get something else they won’t even come & take it away. We have to spend more money to take it to the dump ourselves. Terrible customer service during warranty period then they completely wash their ands of you after. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! We lost $5000!! Additionally, my wife was a supervisor for a major retailer (40 years experience) so she is familiar with how customers should be treated.
We found the perfect chair side table.
Roger and Roger are awesome guys, very helpful. Great deals. Just got an ottoman from them and they were kind enough to hold it for me for a week.
Good prices and great people made this place a great experience. I got some really good pieces of art there as well as great furniture and customer service
