The people at the store, Jon and Hector were absolutely terrific. Helpful above and beyond! Unfortunately TMobile wouldn't work at our home so had to change back to old service. Even then Jon and Hector were extremely helpful.

I had an amazing experience at the Stanwood tmobile store. Jon the manager was amazing and understood my immediate needs for a new phone. Haley the associate was sweet, and Holley the customer service rep on the phone helped me to find a store willing to help asap. The Burlington marketplace location was was so rude to me didn't even try to help, although in that location its expected. I have been a tmobile customer for 15yrs and do everything I can to avoid the Burlington location I broke my phone in the morning and having a business I need access to my phone. But the Burlington store wouldn't even try to accommodate me at all. So I called customer service and Holley was 'AWESOME'. She was upset that I had been treated in that way. She found a location willing to help my on the fly Stanwood tmobile was amazing. Worth the 20min drive. Trust me take the time to drive to this location.
