I am a caregiver and my client needed an upgrade on her phone today. Cassandra helped both of us understand everything and set up her phone in a way that would be easiest for her to understand and use. Her family’s numbers got to the top of her contact list. The font was increased for her benefit. If this phone is too complicated for my client to manage, Cassandra explained how she could return it for something else, I and what that all entails.
I want to give high praise to an outstanding representative that assisted me when purchasing a new phone. She helped me save money by buying a new phone rather than a refurbished phone the insurance would have offered.Then she patiently and professionally went over what I was agreeing to and VERIZONS commitments. In the process of transferring all of my apps, photos etc there was a challenge with my Google account. She tried everything and spent a great deal of time with me. Upon further investigation it was actually my fault, not having the current account information.The next day she fixed the problem and made sure I knew how to access all of my apps. This 67 year old phone neophyte greatly appreciated all of her help. She went above and beyond. Thankyou Kassie!!
Called to make an appointment due to phone problems and they didn't help just told me to send my phone in for warranty so I got off the phone and went in and got no greeting so I stood inside and waited 45 min. Still not one greeting or anything then a lady walks in and gets greeted like I haven't been there the whole rude serves no help and still have a broken phone
