Josh is great, we were in and out in under 20 mins with the perfect couch for us. The paperwork was quick and he scheduled a delivery for the same week! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quick easy no bs deal.

This was by far the best future experience we've ever had. We love our new couches, and their costumer service was above and beyond anything we've experienced before.

We are extremely disappointed in our purchase. They never called to tell us the bed was ready for pickup so My boyfriend went down there and it was at the store, when he went to put it all together he saw the headboard was delaminating all over, and it was completely built wrong. So we called the store and returned the bed and we waited a month sleeping on a mattress on the floor. Finally they delivered and set up our bed and I couldn’t of been more excited.... it looks like a beautiful bed, But of course it doesn’t stop there and every time we get into bed we hear a horrible noise and it feels like it’s going to claps!!! Not worth the $2000 we paid and we will have to try and fix it ourselves. It should be more sturdy and stable.... very unfortunate and disappointing.

I don’t know how someone can give these guys less than 5 stars. We relocated from NYS to WA state and this team made our furniture task easier than what I would have done to help myself :). From Rose( sales) to Josh( Manager) to Jordan and the shipping team. Thanks a lot and you will always have our family business.
