Went into this small computer shop just to ask a question about a hard drive. Wanted to buy a small hard drive just to see if an old laptop still worked. Matt came out and answered all of my questions. Went to the back of the shop and spent probably 15 minutes making sure this hard drive he found was good and was free of data. Handed it to me and said, if you need help let me know... Great dude and would highly recommend.
It's amazing how I can go from having a broken laptop to a brand new one with all my data recovered in just 72 hours. Thankful for technology and small computer repair shops that can deliver much faster results than a corporate chain like Best Buy/Geek Squad, which has atrociously long waiting periods that don't help a small business owner like myself.
Went in for a diagnostic test which would have cost about $85. They figured out it was a wiring issue and didn't charge me for about 15 minutes of their time. I give these guys a 5 start rating because they are professional and courteous.
Got charged 85 dollars for like 10 minutes of work and he couldn't fix it, he Made seem like he could fix it.Would not recommend.i would give them 0 stars if i could. You are better off trying to look up a youtube video amd do it yourself.
