Had an 11-year old non- mobile friendly built-in camera system that had been built into my home when it was new. NW Security & Sound as part of their service contract for our home alarm & monitoring system responded to my request and found an inexpensive solution to replace the failing cameras and DVR with high quality equipment while using the existing cabling. They added something originally overlooked when the system was first installed and not thought about, a back-up battery system to keep it all working during a power outage. They knew my budget, they were responsive and the technician came on time (and wearing a proper facemask, thank you !). End result was a complete success at a fair and affordable price.

I highly recommend NW Security & Sound. Brenda and Hanna in the office are knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to problem solve. Richard did an amazing job installing and explaining our new security system. He also went beyond the call of duty by trouble shooting a camera system installed by a different company and explained how to use the app with it. This company demonstrates customer service at its finest.

For the last 6+ years, NW Security and Sound has handled all of my home/business security monitoring as well as all of the audio/video needs at my house as well. Their techs are always prompt and knowledgeable and always go the extra mile to ensure things are working as intended.nnI trust them implicitly as they have proven time and time again they can be counted in any and all situation.nnTheir prices are fair for the service and local content they offer. NW Security & Sound is excellent. A professional attitude and response every step from initial contact with Rick, through investigating alternatives, to the installation and testing. Could not have been a better experience. The team was on site when they said they would be. If they were going to be delayed, they always called. The field team was very knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. A great company to have on your team!

We have not had any major issues since we installed the alarm system a little over a year ago. The system is easy to arm/disarm and track events. The battery back up worked well during power outages. It's nice to have peace of mind each time we leave the house. Thank you for your service.
