What a difference it was to come to into a store to be greeted professionally and courteously. We bought a mattress in one trip! (11 years ago it took 3 purchases and 2 returns! Never mind how many mattress stores we went to.)nnThe gentlemen were helpful, knowledgeable, and NOT pushy. Everything was kept clean and sanitized. They didn't mind our 6 year-old son's enthusiasm and even went so far as to give him one of the stars and stripes balloons on display...which he let go...which the manager graciously retrieved for him using a ladder!nnThis store location is tucked away in the corner of Snohomish Station, so one wouldn't normally notice it. Lots of parking, clean bathrooms, and courtesy water. The post Labor Day sales were pretty good, too. Mattresses are just too personal a taste to choose for an on-line purchase. It's never cheap, but neither are back and neck problems. Thanks for making our one trip worthwhile and hassle free. Can't wait to have it delivered!
Douglas helped us purchase a new twin bed for my son. He was very helpful and made sure I got the best deal on everything we purchased. Lots of good sales going on throughout the store right now. Highly recommend visiting the site in Snohomish.
Recently purchased a new mattress for my wife and a couple cheaper ones for my kids. Really good experience with Mattress Firm in Snohomish Station. No pushy sales people, good selection, easy to work with, and they delivered our mattresses the next day. The delivery company they used was awesome as well. Very professional and you are able to track the location of your order in real time. Got multiple contacts both from Mattress Firm and the delivery company throughout the process giving us updates. Overall very pleased with our experience and would recommend this company to our friends!
Purchased Intellibed Midnight Mattress on Sunday and a week later delivered professionally and took away the old bed no trouble. Delivery was an hour early and 2 gentlemen efficiently executed the delivery in less than 30 minutes. Doug(not Douglas) did a good job presenting beds that met my needs and wound up with a bed that felt comfortable and had a non prorated warranty for 20 years. So far so good with my Mattress Firm Snohomish experience. New sheets are in the dryer and tonight will be the first night sleeping on it. Will keep you posted on bed quality after a couple week break in. Fingers crossed.
It was a wonderful shopping experience dealing with Mattress Firm Snohomish Station yesterday! From the moment we walked into the store Mr. Douglas Brown was probably the most congenial man I had met in years. He helped us through making our selection for two beds, asking us what we desired. He answered all of our questions and concerns and made quite a few positive suggestions. We were made welcomed and we could tell that we were in the presence of a real gentleman. Kudos to Douglas and the Mattress Firm delivery team. We had our new beds delivered and set up in less than 24 hours. Awesome!
