Sam was incredibly helpful to me and attentive to the other customers that came in at the same time. The store was clean and everyone was wearing a mask and respecting each other's space. If you need anything related to T-mobile, this location is a great choice.
Great Service. Bought my son the new iPhone. They were swamp but was able to handle the traffic of customers. This will be my new T - mobile store.

I always have a good experience in this store. The staff is very friendly and they try to be as quick as possible. I have had Tmobile for 2 years now and I would never go back to Verizon. Way better service, the customer service isn't even comparable. Tmobile has been great.
Top-Notch Service. We went in looking to replace my wife's phone and the service was incredible. The associate was knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. We had a great conversation and got all of our needs met and questions answered. We continue to experience quality care from the Lake Stevens T-Mobile center.
