Safeway Bakery

Safeway bakery has really gone down on customer service and quality. I have always gotten my birthday cakes from Safeway never had an issue but at the beginning of the year and now. I was just told they can’t do half chocolate and have white cake. That they are premade and come frozen and they just decorate them. So I asked how long has that been happy, she said for awhile. Hmmmm I am very confused. I have always done my cakes that way. You take 1 whole sheet of chocolate and cut in half.... filling then stack that cut half on the other. Then you take the white cake sheet and cut that in half and fill then stack on the other. Bring both double half’s together and icing. Bam.nThis is the first I have ever been told they can’t do half of two flavors. Pretty disappointed. Guess I will be going qfc.
