I am writing this review as a frustrated owner of an email account that cannot access her account. I have filled out the required forms multiple times, as well as contacted customer support multiple times and microsoft will not unblock my account. All of my school work is going to that account, as well as over 14 years of information including conversations with my brother that is now deceased that I will never get back if I cannot access my account. I cannot believe that after all of the attempts I have made, I have not been helped by customer service. I know, based upon my conversations with customer service that actual humans review cases to see which accounts they will decide to unblock. They have continued to block mine and I have been in tears over this for days now. I cannot believe that a company that I thought was a great one has been letting me down this much and will be making my frustrations known and will be advocating that no one uses them for their email needs in the future.
