Awesome staff that were very helpful in getting me locate all of what I needed even though it didn't result in them getting the sale.
Selection not so great, pretty limited.
The Store was well stocked, I was able to find the titles I was looking for. They had a great selection of Funko Pops. The Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and patient 10/10 I would go back.
Misty - 3/22/2020nI called in to see if they have any used switches. (I'm in a rush at the moment to get one.) I've rarely, if ever make reviews. BUT who ever picked up the phone today was amazing! I used to work in retail and he was informative and friendly. Exactly the best customer service you would want when calling in to ask a question.
Parker was a huge help! I will gladly support GameStop as long as they employee great customer service folks like him!
