Was another carriers customer for over a decade. However, when I first stepped into the T-Mobile store to see about switching, I knew I found a better fit. Love the customer service, the price, the extra benefits, and the employees. I couldn’t be happier. The Mukilteo store is so lucky to have Ivan as their manager. He is top notch, no pressure, and always ready to help. T-Mobile - I am a fan!!!
We had an amazing experience with this store. Amazing customer service from Ivan! He made getting my son's first phone super painless and a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend anyone to come to this store to do business.
This place is hands down the best t-mobile in the area. I have been there twice now and they have been so very helpful and kind. I have been waited on by Jaron and Ivan I believe and they both have been stellar. Even if it takes you a few minutes more to get to this store than the ones closer to you it is well worth it.
Recently switched over from Verizon and the girls at this location were awesome. The transition was practically seamless and they were great at being flexible with my hectic work schedule.nI’ve been a long time Verizon customer and I feel great finally being with T-Mobile! I’ve had much better data connection than what i was experiencing with Verizon. T-Mobile’s customer service is also much more personal in my opinion. Keep it up!
