Picked out a sofa and loveseat. They were able to deliver it quickly. Had a small problem with the sofa. They were very accommodating and sent someone to fix it no questions asked.
Love buying local! My son needed a new mattress and we stopped at Strand's New Mattress location on E Main Street in Monroe. Great service and we walked out with a new queen Englander Mattress and bed frame!
Terrible customer service! I bought a couch and two recliners. Couch was not what I expected, not very good workmanship. They would not even come out and look at it. Not impressed with Strand Furniture!
Went in for a bedframe and left with a new living room and bedroom set! Justine is a delight to shop with. She took the intimidation out of furniture shopping and showed me some interesting ideas. Very happy!
Pretty rude place. I came in with my husband and we were ignored. Everyone else, 2 people that came in much later, was helped except us. I see they are moving now. I guess they found a location where they may get more business. It was always really empty over there but we were new to the area so we tried it. Ended up going to JR in Lynnwood and bought a couch, end tables, sleigh bed, and a bunch of other things all around $3k.
